3. Orders & Project Process
The client selects a service package or custom solution.
Payment is completed through our secure checkout.
We contact the client to collect project details and requirements.
Work begins once all required information is received.
Final assets are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to provide required information may delay project timelines.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are securely processed via Stripe, a certified third-party payment processor.
We do not store or process full payment card details
Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard security measures
Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards
Important: All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
5. Ownership, License & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership and unlimited usage rights of the final delivered design assets
Ownership applies only to final, approved deliverables, not unused drafts or preliminary concepts
KemoDesign retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing
6. Revisions & Modifications
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions, as described on the website or proposal. Revisions outside the original scope may require additional fees.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our services:
Refunds may apply only if work has not started
Once work has begun or initial concepts are delivered, refunds are generally not available
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure they have rights to any materials supplied
Review and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
KemoDesign is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete client input.
