Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from KemoDesign, operated by FLEX LLC, through https://www.kemodesign.com.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
KemoDesign provides custom digital and creative services, including branding, marketing design, website graphics, and visual content production.
Because our services are customized and initiated after purchase, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. When a Refund May Apply
A refund may be approved only under the following conditions:
The cancellation request is submitted before any work has started
No design concepts, drafts, files, or deliverables have been created or delivered
Required project information has not yet been submitted by the client
If all conditions above are met, the payment may be eligible for a refund.
3. When Refunds Do NOT Apply
Refunds will not be issued if:
Work has already started on the project
Any draft, concept, preview, or partial deliverable has been shared
The project delay is caused by missing or incomplete client input
The client changes their mind after work has begun
The service has been completed and delivered
The request is based on subjective preference after delivery
These limitations exist due to the time, effort, and resources invested in custom work.
4. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation or refund, the client must:
Submit a written request by email to contact@flex-seo.net
Include the order number or payment reference
Clearly state the reason for the cancellation
Requests submitted through social media or third-party platforms will not be accepted.
5. Refund Approval & Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
All payments are processed securely via Stripe
Important: Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable where applicable.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not offered unless explicitly agreed to in writing before the project begins.
7. Revisions & Dissatisfaction
Dissatisfaction with design style or creative direction does not qualify for a refund once work has started.
Clients are encouraged to:
Provide clear requirements before work begins
Use included revisions to refine the final deliverables
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Suspension of services
Permanent account restrictions
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before contacting their payment provider.
